"My artwork is, eventually, all about searching. The longing to reach the sublime has guided me throughout my life. I cherish those priceless moments of searching even though the sublime may never truly be achieved. I sometimes feel that the search itself might be the goal."
The hanging concept was inspired by that fleeting moment at sunset when the sun seems to kiss the sea. I also find an associative connection between my work and jewelry, which is why I like to think of them as wall pendants.
